Rooted expresses Lucia Eames’ deep connection to nature, evoking organic structures, growth patterns and the quiet networks that unfold beneath the surface. Inspired by one of her collages, the design is translated through hand-tufted New Zealand wool, using carved levels to create variation in height. This technique reflects the layered composition of the original work, resulting in a soft, warm surface with a sense of depth.
