1. What products can I buy on the lomuarredi.com website?
On Lomuarredi you can buy original products of the most important Italian and international brands. Depending on the brand chosen Lomuarredi will forward your order directly to the manufacturer.
2. How do I place an order on Lomuarredi? Choose the product you wish
to buy, add it to your basket and go to checkout. For some products you need to enter in the box "Product Customization" the code of the fabric/colour you want by choosing it in the attached PDF documents near the description. Once you have entered the code of the fabric/colour you must click on the "Save Customization" button, then put the product in the cart and proceed to checkout.
3. Can I pay by bank transfer?
You can pay by bank transfer or PayPal.
You can find out more on the "Prices and Payments" page. If you decide to pay by bank transfer for a total order of more than 1000 €, you can pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount when you place your order and pay the balance when the products are ready to be shipped. Our customer service will notify you of the status of your order.
4. What are the shipping costs for small European islands and non-European countries?
Shipping costs vary depending on the quantity of goods purchased, the type of packaging and the destination address.

6. How long does it take to receive the ordered products?

7. Can I request a special quotation to furnish an entire environment?

8. Can I delate my order?
Once confirmed, the order is processed immediately and can only be delated within 24 hours.
9. Can I return a product?
You can return the product within 14 days of receipt. The return shipping costs are always paid by the customer.
