Shipments, mode of delivery and beahvior of the parties.
For purchases made on the site www.lomuarredi.com, Lomuarredi Ltd will deliver the goods to the address indicated on the order form and, as provided in Article. 2, after successful payment of the price.
Lomuarredi Ltd is committed to make delivery in the shortest time possible.
Delivery times vary between 4 and 10 working weeks calculated by adding together the times of production, of the product chosen and shipping. Any advance or delay, will be communicated promptly by Lomuarredi Ltd, as soon as the same one will be aware of.
Standard shipping is free in the EU, islands excluded. For “standard shipping” we mean the delivery of the goods carried to the street level and the customer must work with the driver to download the packages from the truck side.
Shipping costs outside the EU are calculated based on the type, brand and volume of selected articles and are clearly specified in the cart.
Lomuarredi Ltd is committed to inform the customer by e-mail of the impending shipment, in order to alert the exact day of departure, anticipating the invoice of purchases.
A facilitation of the customer, the free telephone notification service is expected to be agreed in advance with the courier in charge on the day and the hourly delivery end. Any costs of storage, due to deliveries after the deadline or to the repeated failure of the customer response to the contact attempts made by the carrier, will be borne by the customer.
It’s task of the customer to verify the accessibility by courier to the delivery site by reporting any difficulties or obstacles. If, for any reason in the opinion of the courier, the delivery to the place indicated in the order proves impractical and the customer, taking charge of eventual higher expenses, does not indicate another destination preferring to withdraw from the contract, the same will be charged all operating expenses order, delivery and return of goods.
Obligations of the Client at the time of delivery and in case of tampering and / or breakage of the packaging.
Deliveries are made with insurance coverage.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check at the time of delivery, the number and the external appearance of packages and package integrity before every manipulation.
If the number of packages does not match the number on the Transport Document, the customer is required to keep the carrier any missing neck. In the absence of registration, the delivery is to be understood as fully performed as reported in the Transport Document.

Opened the package and found to contain damage caused by goods transport, the customer will have to acquire photographic documentation of the damaged parts. Within 2 days of receipt of goods, the customer must send the “Report of Damage” to Lomuarredi Ltd by e-mail to the addresses indicated in the art. 1, attaching the certificate of receipt of the goods with “control reserve”, the damage to the Colli description given to the courier and that ascertained on the goods after unpacking and photographic documentation of the packaging and the damaged goods.
Timely compliance with the provisions above is a necessary condition for complaint of the goods for defects or damage caused by transport.
Lomuarredi Ltd, received the “Report of Damage” with the documentation indicated above, will communicate to the customer the eventual availability of one or more of the products purchased, within 10 days of purchase and to the email address entered during the registration process.
