Designed by Leonardo Rossano, Adinne stems from a fundamental act: hand-drawn sketches. At the heart of the project lie essential sketches, which are fundamental tools in the creative phase and the moment when the idea takes shape in an intuitive and human way. In a context dominated by advanced processing tools capable of analysing data and visualising existing concepts, Adinne reaffirms the value of the creative act as an authentic expression of design thinking. The chair develops from experimentation with surfaces and primary geometries. Vertical cylindrical elements support the leather seat and backrest, defining a rigorous and essential structure. The geometric rigour softens in the areas of contact with the body, where form adapts to function and naturally embraces the user. The legs, deliberately sturdy, are made of solid wood and help to create a solid, architectural appearance. The absence of a rigid backrest presented a structural challenge from the very outset, which was carefully addressed and resolved during product development, ultimately achieving a balance between visual lightness and stability.
